Background
London Skills Academy has two specialised branches of training provision. One of continuing professional development, aimed at both local and international students wishing to acquire new skills or to develop their existing skills and enable them to continue on to further or higher education.
The other, aimed at local or resident students, to provide vocational and employability skills as a route into employment or further education. Both programmes offer accredited qualifications in a wide range of courses and levels, from taster courses to higher professional qualifications.
We also provide customised training for small businesses and private individuals who may not qualify for our subsidised provision.
We run public funded and fee paying courses both during the day and in the evening.
We have been very successful in delivering vocational and skills training on behalf of the following funders: European Social Fund, Local Authority and London West LSC.
We are actively working in partnership with local schools for the delivery of ICT Specialist Diploma programme.
